Preview the Tyler Perry/TBS Dramedy ‘For Better Or Worse’

By Ann Mamie | September 22, 2011 | News, Trailers, TV | 4 Comments

The upcoming dramedy For Better or Worse debuts this November with a 10-episode run on TBS. Based on the characters Angela (Tasha Smith) and Marcus (Michael Jai White) from Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married? movies, the television series will explore the ups and downs of their relationship.

The show will likely attract fans of BET’s Let’s Stay Together, who may be interested in a marriage and relationship show with added drama and intensity. We can expect the familiar yelling and bickering that we’ve grown accustomed to from the couple in previous movies. We also get a more in-depth view of Marcus’s career as a sportscaster and Angela desire to resurrect Waiting to Exhale.

Check out the preview below.

don’t love all his movies but he knows how to entertain and he always has something out so I cant knock him. This looks good though. just don’t know how excited to be, its just 10 episodes right now

He sure knows how to entertain. But I just can’t stand his stuff… too put together… plus is he gonna be speaking into the camera? Like ‘the office?’ That would surely not work.
